The Museum Würth in Künzelsau is the result of the cultural and social commitment of the entrepreneur Reinhold Würth. Integrated in the administrative building of Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG, two independent museums were opened in 1991 – the Museum for Screws and Threads and the Museum Würth as an exhibition forum for modern and contemporary art. Rather than being a luxury, art is an investment in the people. It is to offer the staff and the public a higher living and working quality outside cultural centers.
The museum is a place of encounter and serves the direct dialog between society and industry. The lively architecture flooded with light underlines this openness and, through changing exhibitions offers new and exciting insights into the art world.
