During your visit, you have the opportunity to use the App for individual guidance through the exhibition and sculpture garden on your smartphone or loan phone. In addition to the audio guide, the app provides service information, and is available free of charge in the App Store or on Google Play.

Entering the exhibition rooms with bulky items of any kind, such as umbrellas, backpacks, walking sticks or bags larger than DIN A4 (approx. 20x30 cm) as well as with wet clothing is generally not permitted. During our opening hours, our checkroom and lockers are available for the deposit of clothing and bulky items. The use of medically justified walking aids is excluded. A wheelchair can be borrowed for the duration of your visit. No liability is assumed for the wardrobe and the contents of the lockers.
A visit to the exhibition with a stroller is welcome.
Food and drinks may not be taken into the exhibition rooms.
Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition. Exception: medical assistance dogs.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the museum.
Photography for private purposes is permitted without flash and without aids such as tripods or selfie sticks. However, we would like to point out that publication on the Internet or on social media does not constitute private use and you may be violating copyrights.

Irrespective of a visit to the showrooms, the team of the museum shop welcomes you daily. In addition to catalogues, posters, art postcards, art books and a large selection of stationer’s articles, the shop offers selected gifts.
Café Atrium is open on exhibition days. After your museum visit, enjoy coffee or tea and cake or a small snack here. The outside terrace is open weather permitting.
By car use autobahn A6, exit Kupferzell, continue on B19 in the direction of Künzelsau-Gaisbach, exit Gaisbach / direction Carmen Würth Forum. Coming from Würzburg on B19, exit Gaisbach / direction Carmen Würth Forum. If you are using GPS enter Dieselstraße 25, 74653 Künzelsau and follow the signs to Carmen Würth Forum. Parking space is available on P15 in front of the Carmen Würth Forum.
