General Information

Entering the exhibition rooms with bulky items of any kind, such as umbrellas, backpacks, walking sticks or bags larger than DIN A4 (approx. 20x30 cm) as well as with wet clothing is generally not permitted. During our opening hours, our checkroom and lockers are available for the deposit of clothing and bulky items. The use of medically justified walking aids is excluded. A wheelchair can be borrowed for the duration of your visit. No liability is assumed for the wardrobe and the contents of the lockers.

A visit to the exhibition with a stroller is welcome. We will be happy to provide you with a loaner stroller upon request.

Food and drinks may not be taken into the exhibition rooms.

Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition. Exception: medical assistance dogs.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the museum.

Photography and Filming

Photography for private purposes is permitted without flash and without aids such as tripods or selfie sticks. However, we would like to point out that publication on the Internet or on social media does not constitute private use and you may be violating copyrights.

Artshop Würth
Shop Shop

Irrespective of a visit to the showrooms, the team of the museum shop welcomes you daily from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Here you can find a wide range of articles which varies depending on the exhibition. Besides catalogs, posters, art postcards, art books and a large selection of stationer’s articles, the shop offers selected design as well as gifts and editions of artistic value.

Café

Kunsthalle Würth's cafeteria provides hot beverages like coffee and tea, beer and wine, as well as a variety of cakes, sandwiches and hot soups at lunchtime. From the cafeteria, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the old town of Schwäbisch Hall.

A regional and seasonal cuisine is served at the neighboring Sudhaus restaurant, next to Kunsthalle Würth

Parking facilities are available at the municipal car parks in the city. Please follow the parking signs of Schwäbisch Hall.

Using public transport

From Schwäbisch Hall Station, it is a 5-minute walk to the museum. Please follow the signs.
